Participant Assessments & Pre-Work
UC Davis recommends pre-program and post-program assessments to maximize learning outcomes and provide measurable impact data to the partner organization.
Pre-Program Self-Assessment
A short baseline survey (10–15 minutes) to capture each participant's leadership experience, current challenges and development goals. Results inform a tailored program and allow facilitators to adapt examples and exercises to the cohort profile.
Recommended · 10-15 min
Post-Program Evaluation
Structured participant feedback capturing learning outcomes, program satisfaction and application intent. Results are aggregated into an evaluation summary report delivered to the partner organization within two weeks of completion.
Included · Standard
Capstone: Strategy-to-Execution Brief
Participant teams develop and present an actionable brief tied to a real workplace challenge. This applied exercise integrates leadership, strategy and change management concepts from all three program days.
Integrated · Day 3
Optional Follow-Up Coaching
Post-program capstone refinement and optional follow-up coaching sessions (virtual) to sustain learning transfer and support participants in applying frameworks to active projects.
Add-On · Post-Program
